2. Return Policy

We aim to provide a smooth return experience, subject to the following reasonable conditions:

Product Condition
Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags, packaging, manuals, and accessories intact.
Products should be in a resalable condition.
If the returned product shows signs of damage, misuse, missing parts, or negligence not reported at the time of delivery, the refund may be reduced accordingly.

Physical Damage
Any physical damage such as cracks, burnt components, or tampering not reported within the specified return reporting period may result in rejection of the return.
All returned products are subject to technical inspection. The Company's inspection findings shall be considered final for refund eligibility.

Food & Perishable Products
In compliance with applicable FSSAI regulations and safety standards, food and perishable products are eligible for return only if the packaging seal remains intact.
Returns will not be accepted if the seal is broken or if there is evidence of improper storage or handling after delivery, as product safety cannot then be guaranteed.

Any applicable deductions (in case of value loss due to customer handling) will be transparently communicated.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
